Fear not Flowers

Heart pumping, pelting

Blood rapidly racing

Adrenaline coursing

Stomach swelling

Breath gasping

Face whitening

Feet running, stuck

Body frozen, frantically pacing

Hands trembling

Sweat beading

Giant poundings on the stairs

Words bellowing

Anticipation, assumptions, expectations

Now, what did I do wrong?
